If you would like to submit your Club Member's application(s) online, you may do so by following this link, or filling out the application below. Please fill out the application 1 time per member you will be registering. You will receive an e-mail confirmation immediately upon submitting the form. Please keep those e-mails for your records.
Payment will be due prior to your Club member attending. A Boys & Girls Clubs of Hutchinson employee will be in touch with you within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your application to coordinate payment. .
