21, 2007, was an exciting day at the 19th annual
AT&T Charity Golf Tournament. Although it was a bit
windy and very sunny at the Highlands Golf Course, 24
teams registered to play in our four-person scramble
tournament! Boys & Girls Club Chief Professional Officer
Skip Wilson and Resource Development Director Amanda
Buoy worked closely with Richard Shank, AT&T Director of
External Affairs for the Hutchinson area, to plan and
prepare for this years tournament. After weeks of
planning, everyone was very pleased with the turnout.
The 2007 tournament also had 40 corporate hole-sponsors and
47
prize donors; prize donors donated enough prizes for
every golfer! The Boys & Girls Club of Hutchinson is
sincerely grateful to AT&T, Richard Shank, and to all
the golfers, hole-sponsors, and prize donors that have
helped to make this tournament successful over the past
19 years.
We look forward to the 20th Annual AT&T Charity Golf
tournament in May of 2008.
